Akshiptika is a 2018 graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida and is working with Yogi & Partners for almost three years. She has advised various domestic and international clients on diverse business aspects including but not limited to Company Laws, compliances under the Food & Cosmetics Laws amongst other laws. She has been actively involved in advising clients on the Data Privacy laws and External Commercial Borrowings. She has assisted clients in obtaining business licenses including FSSAI, CDSCO, Legal Metrology and Trade Licenses.
Akshiptika has also drafted policies for several clients including HR Policy, Consumer Grievance Redressal Policy, Anti Sexual-Harassment Policy, Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use Policy.
Her work is spread across sectors such as Food, Cosmetics, Legal Metrology, Company Laws and Real Estate laws.
