Pritha has obtained her Degree in BBA LLB (H) from School of Law, Christ University Bengaluru. She has a passion for combining meticulous research and creative problem solving to support the business. She started her practice as a litigating lawyer dealing with matters in the area of but not limited to SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Negotiable Instruments and Corporate Laws. Currently working as an Associate Lawyer with Yogi and Partners, she is assisting clients with Commercial laws, Food & Cosmetics Laws and their Labelling, Direct Selling Rules and Regulations, Due Diligence and vetting of commercial agreements.
