Mr. Sharad Tyagi is a practicing Company Secretary since June 2002 and is a Fellow Member (FCS) of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a qualified lawyer and holds a degree in commerce.
Sharad has wide exposure of Company Secretarial functions ranging from incorporation of companies, compliance and regulatory affairs and restructuring. The educational background, knowledge, training and exposure that Sharad has acquired makes him a versatile professional capable of rendering a wide range of services to companies of all sizes, commercial and industrial organizations, small scale units, firms, etc. Sharad is a highly driven and result oriented and a thorough professional. Sharad closely works with the Firm advising the Firm and its client in various aspects of corporate laws. Sharad is the go-to person for any compliance and regulatory matters. Sharad’s area of practice inter alia includes incorporation of (profit and not for profit) entities, corporate compliance, foreign direct investment consultancy, mergers and takeovers, corporate due diligence, secretarial audit, internal control systems, corporate structuring, corporate governance, insolvency and regulatory affairs. Sharad also regularly appears before courts, and quasi-judicial authorities such as National Company Law Tribunal, Central Government, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Income Tax Authorities, Reserve Bank of India for multilateral issues in the area of corporate governance and regulatory affairs. Sharad is also on panel of many mid level and large corporates and regularly attends Board Meetings.
